Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager are:

  • Create and execute brand, package, and account specific marketing programs at the local level
  • Customize and localize all national marketing programs by taking into account regional market trends, consumer preferences, and demographics.
  • Act as the conduit between the field sales force and the brand marketing team.
Skills Required
  • The candidate must have strong creative program/promotion development and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a complex cross-functional team is critical.
  • Prior experience in field, brand, or trade marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry is required.
  • Candidates with ad or promotion agency experience working with CPG companies will also be considered.
  • A 4-year college degree is required.
Compensation Salary to $95,000 plus bonus and full benefits package.
