| Job Description |
The primary responsibilities of the Field Marketing
Manager are:
- Create and execute brand, package, and account
specific marketing programs at the local level
- Customize and localize all national marketing
programs by taking into account regional market
trends, consumer preferences, and demographics.
- Act as the conduit between the field sales
force and the brand marketing team.

| Skills Required |
- The candidate must have strong creative program/promotion
development and analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of
a complex cross-functional team is critical.
- Prior experience in field, brand, or trade
marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry
is required.
- Candidates with ad or promotion agency experience
working with CPG companies will also be considered.
- A 4-year college degree is required.

Salary to $95,000 plus
