Description |
The Market Development Manager (MDM) is responsible
for managing the relationship with the company's
distributors, customers, and national sales force.
The MDM is accountable for achieving volume,
share, and brand/package objectives. The position
acts as a consultant and resource to the distributor's
senior level management team. The MDM is responsible
for developing and implementing brand, market,
and account specific sales and marketing plans.

- The candidate must possess strong fact-based
selling, key account management, and strategic
thinking skills.
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods
industry as a Key Account Manager, Broker Manager,
or Distributor Manager is required.
